Shipping Policy:

Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.

Orders received after 0800 (Hong Kong Standard Time, GMT+8) will only be processed the following day. All orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

International shipping is calculated based on local postal service rates, and the final cost will be displayed at checkout.

All orders from the USA and the rest of the world will be shipped via; either DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery will take 4 to 7 working days (during peak periods, it can take up to 14 working days.) depending on the customs clearance. Once your parcel has been sent out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number, so that you’ll be able to track the status of your parcel. In the event of exceptions due to certain zones and customs rules, you will be informed and are not obliged to proceed. A cancellation and full refund will then be in order.

Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, due to the complexity of international laws we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.

Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact number of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
