Return and Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Approved returns/exchanges result in store credit only.

We want you to love and bond your Leymen Bracelets. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and prior to mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of request. Please include your order number and model to facilitate the waiting process.

All refunds by Leymen Jewels will not include the sales charges depending on the mode of payment.

In the case of return, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.

We do not offer refunds if the parcel is returned due to refused delivery by the consignee or failure to make payment of duties and taxes at the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper acceptance and payment for their order.

Our sizes are made according to the order you made online. Calculations are based on your wrist size, please do not provide your bracelet external size.

Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for change of mind or situations where the customer no longer needs the item. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including instances where the delivery may not have been completed within the expected timeframe.

We can allow exchange if you would like to change to another design within 14 days where specific conditions are met. There will be strictly no refund.

●      Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, with the proof of purchase attached.

●      Product must not have been resized in any way, with beads either added or removed.

●      Product must not have been customized, either by us or externally.

Leymen Jewels reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that we believe may violate our Return & Refund Policy, or if returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition. Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for store credit. There is strictly no cash refund. All shipping and duties fees will be borne by the customer.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased during special promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only if the item is found to have any defects or damages, we will under our discretion, make an exchange, replacement. All clearance or special promotion sales items are not refundable. To receive the discount, the promo code must be entered during checkout, failed to use any promo code will NOT BE VALID to request for a refund.

A refund will only be given if the returned item contains manufacturer’s defect or not exchangeable due to out of stock and discontinuation of production. The management of the Site reserves the rights to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for refund.

Store credit (valid 12 months from issuance) covers the product price only – excludes original shipping, fees, and taxes.

You bear ALL return/exchange costs: shipping, duties, customs, and taxes. Leymen Jewels reimburses nothing.

Key Conditions

●      Sizing: Custom-made per your wrist measurements.

●      Returns: Unworn, unaltered, original packaging/tags, proof of purchase attached.

●      Natural Materials: All crystals are natural – variations in color, pattern, and shape are inherent and do not constitute defects.

●      Defects: We reserve the right to refuse claims. Verified manufacturing defects qualify for exchange of a new identical item (if available) or store credit.

Exchanges (different designs) must meet all above terms and occur within 7 days.

Refused deliveries/unpaid duties: No store credit or exchanges.

Sale items: Final sale – defects only qualify for exchange/store credit.

Leymen Jewels may refuse returns violating policy or arriving damaged. Ineligible items won’t be returned.
