Shipping policy

We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing

Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST are processed the following business day. All orders ship on the next business day after processing.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, and up to 14 business days during peak periods or where customs clearance is delayed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping Costs

International shipping is calculated using local postal service rates and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs Exceptions

If your order falls into a shipping zone or customs category we're unable to fulfill, we'll contact you before proceeding. You're under no obligation to continue — in this case, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. This is the sole exception to the final-sale terms in our Return & Refund Policy.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

Prices shown at checkout do not include VAT, import duties, or local taxes. These are set by your destination country and are your responsibility to pay on delivery. We're required by law to declare the full value of your package and cannot adjust this figure. If you refuse a delivery or don't pay assessed duties, you're responsible for the original shipping cost and any resulting fees — see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
